At ProfitCalcTools.com, available at https://profitcalctools.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. All order calculations, COGS, and profit inputs run locally inside your browser and are never saved to external database servers.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page visits, calculator interactions, partner-offer impressions and clicks, and selected conversion events. We do not send the individual selling price, COGS, fulfillment cost, net-profit amount, or other raw calculator financial values to Google Analytics. Where useful for aggregate reporting, the site may send broad non-identifying categories such as a margin range or chargeable-weight range. Google may process device, browser, and usage information according to its own policies.
If you enter your email address to unlock a free ProfitCalcTools spreadsheet, or submit our contact form, the information you provide is transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and may be forwarded to our support inbox. For the spreadsheet download, an email address is required to unlock access; consent to receive occasional ProfitCalcTools marketing or product updates is optional and is not pre-selected.
If you opt in to updates, we may use that email address to send occasional seller tips, product news, or relevant ProfitCalcTools updates. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@profitcalctools.com. We may store a simple local-browser flag indicating that the spreadsheet has already been unlocked so you are not repeatedly asked for your email on every calculator page.
Some links on ProfitCalcTools.com may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and later purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Some partner recommendations are displayed contextually based on ratios calculated from the values you enter; the calculator arithmetic remains independent of affiliate relationships, and calculator inputs continue to be processed locally in your browser.
ProfitCalcTools uses Google AdSense to support the site with advertising on selected content pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to ProfitCalcTools and/or other sites on the internet. Visitors can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Other third-party ad vendors or networks may also use cookies where enabled; their own privacy notices and opt-out controls apply.
Where required by applicable law or Google publisher requirements, visitors may be shown a consent or privacy-choice message before advertising cookies or personalized ads are used. Consent choices can affect whether personalized, non-personalized or limited ads are served. ProfitCalcTools does not use calculator input values as custom advertising-profile data.
Hosting and analytics providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested pages. Their processing is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not send raw calculator inputs or email addresses as custom analytics event parameters.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at support@profitcalctools.com.
We may measure calculator interactions, valid completions, visible affiliate offers and outbound clicks, using page, platform and program identifiers. Raw business inputs are not included in those custom event parameters. Saved monthly-profit comparison cards remain in the open page and are cleared when it is reloaded.
Your email and any optional marketing consent are sent only when you submit the relevant form. The browser may remember a successful spreadsheet unlock. A local owner flag can disable Google Analytics loading on that browser.
